Day 1:
- Arrive in Dire Dawa and check into your hotel.
- Visit the Dire Dawa Museum, which houses a collection of artifacts that tell the story of the history of Dire Dawa.
- Enjoy a traditional Ethiopian dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 2:
Drive to Harar, a walled city in eastern Ethiopia that is known for its unique culture and history.
- Visit the Harar Jugol, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is home to over 80 mosques and 100 shrines.
- Take a walk through the narrow alleyways of the city and visit the local markets.
- Enjoy a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony at a local cafe.
Day 3:
- Visit the Babile Elephant Sanctuary, where you can see over 50 elephants that have been rescued from the wild.
- Take a guided tour of the sanctuary and learn about the elephants and their conservation.
- Go on a nature walk in the surrounding area and look for other wildlife such as baboons, gazelles, and birds.
Day 4:
Depart from Dire Dawa.
